My name is Ross and I founded Speak2 IT to bridge the gap between technical complexity and business clarity. My career hasn't been spent in just one corner of the industry; I’ve worked across the entire IT landscape—from solving front-line issues on busy service desks, project implementation and management for small & large-scale infrastructure, as well as ongoing management & innovation of IT systems,

I’ve been the person you call at 2:00 AM for a critical server failure, the one leading complex cloud migrations, and the one in the boardroom setting the IT strategy. I’ve navigated everything from cybersecurity firefights to the integration of advanced automation and RPA.
